I posted this video on the "Weekly Tip" page, but thought it was a good share for the main page too. Brian MacKenzie of Crossfit Endurance is an Ironman finisher, Ultra Marathoner, and great resource for the running community. He posted a 5 minute video on his take to the ideal "runner's warm-up".
